Заселились в номер, который был над входом в отель. В номере был плохой запах и было жарко. Я попытался включить кондиционер, но он не включался. Я обратился на рецепцию со своей проблемой, но мне сказали, что на улице холодно(было около +18), поэтому кондиционер не включается. Но мне не важно какая температура на улице, мне было жарко внутри. В итоге я целую ночь не мог спать. Целую ночь боролся с температурой. Открывал окно чтобы охладить комнату, но при этом я не мог спать из-за людей, которые курили и громко разговаривали под окном. Проветривал, закрывал окно и засыпал на час. Просыпался от жары, открывал окно, снова нюхал дым и учил китайский язык, после чего ещё на час засыпал. Короче ужас

Everything was ok, except that the two beds room is very small, there is no room to open a luggage, no room for cloths, just two beds and the room is full, no fridge. The door is not soundproofed, so you can hear everything from the corridor, however it was not so bad. The bathroom is clean, but the mirror is not suitable for applying make-up, as there is only mood lighting. The bus stop is 5 minutes walk. Cern is 5 minites walk and 5 minutes bus ride. However it is 1 hour from Genf.

Me and my husband stayed in this hotel from 9 pm to 12 am on 31st of May, 2024. The hotel had to send us to other hotel nearby, because the room we were in is bedbugs infested!! By the time we have been transferred, both of us were bit by bedbugs on multiple sites. It was a horrible experience and no one should be treated like this!! The hotel knew they have bedbugs problem, but still rented the room to us!! I am attaching some photos, it is disgusting!!!

Ibis Budget Saint Genis Pouilly Geneva Review I recently stayed at Ibis Budget Saint Genis Pouilly Geneva and found it to be an excellent value for money. The triple rooms were adequately sized, but the double rooms felt too cramped for comfort. Breakfast options were limited, offering low variety. Additionally, the cafeteria tended to get crowded during evening and night hours, which made it a bit inconvenient. On the positive side, the hotel offers stunning views of the Alps, which was a definite highlight of the stay. Another plus point was the presence of EV chargers, a great convenience for electric vehicle owners. However, I was disappointed that the bikes provided by the hotel were out of service during rainy conditions, which limited outdoor exploration. Overall, while the hotel offers some fantastic features like the Alps view and EV chargers, improvements in room sizes and breakfast variety would make the stay even better.
