前台和客房完全没有针对白金会员的任何欢迎行为和语言提及。甚至要在我提醒后前台又找了一会才恍然大悟“哦你是白金会员”。我提出房间升级请求，她说今天都满了（但app上有高级房间），明天帮我安排。但第二天我到楼下，另一名高个男性服务员对着电脑研究了好一会也没吭声不知在干什么，我只得主动说算了算了就这样吧。 女接待员英语需要提高。

The hotel was comfortable and clean with good service from all workers. There are amenities close by and I had a good night's sleep on each of the days I stayed there. The only challenge that I had was slow internet in the room which meant I had to work in the restaurant where the connection was better.

We arrived straight from the airport before check in time and the staff was kind enough to see if there was a room available. We immediately made to our room, that was cozy, light, with enough space for 2 people and our luggage. The bathroom was standard ibis, and breakfast was good, with enough variety of food. The room had hair dryer and body wash in the shower and soap at the sink in big dispenser. The towels were fluffy and smelled nice, so did the linens. The only problem was with the water glass at the sink, that was used… The location was really good with restaurants next door, and walking distance to a variety of touristic locations

房間維護得很好、很乾淨很舒適，浴室沒有異味。 周遭有星巴克、麥當勞、肯德基等，很方便。 但晚上櫃台人員怪怪的，我跟他說英文，他都用西班牙文回應我。 我懂西班牙文，但不懂為什麼他堅持不講英文。

没有烧开水的热水壶，没有拖鞋。房间临街，窗户隔音又不好，夜晚噪音太大。抵达早了不能入住，刚过中午又催着退房。太差了
