The beds are good & the spa was great, but the perfumes on EVERYTHING were overwhelming as heck. Walking in the hotel felt like Aunt Edna found a sale on glade plug ins, bought out the store & plugged them all in at once, then invited a gaggle of church ladies over for high tea.

Housekeeping done the great job rooms are cleaned washrooms are cleaned room cleaning done on time. Restaurant staff is also good.. Thankyou aarif for making my stay memorable definitely I will visit again to novotel gomtinagar lucknow.

As a frequent guest I always enjoy staying in this hotel .all the staff are good and hardworking specially would like to appreciate one one of the house keeping staff bhavesh .bed is well maintained........................................

Worst experience of accor property till now as I have stayed in many accor hotels during my travel, Bar staff & restaurant staff is very unprofessional as they don't know how to deal with customer in When anyone booked room with happy hours in bar deal or how to deal with accor plus gold members. Staff behaviour was so rude like I am staying free specially in Restaurant staff there is one girl name Shivi & her manager. Food quality is not good.

…there is always a ‘but.’ The intense smell/odor in the lobby knocks you out. A subtle incense would be welcome, but this is over-powering. If you booked this for the pool, note that the area is in the shade after noon. There is seating that is in the sun, however. The lunch buffet was good, but totally Indian options. A good dessert area with 5 selections. The rooms are large but be warned that when the key is out—the fridge does not work nor will your charger. So bring a spare hotel key, as experienced travelers do. The bed was the most comfortable and soft out of five cities on my OAT trip. The rooms are quiet as well.
