Honestly just OK. We are Diamond member and went there as family. The hotel was good, room was good. But honestly, I cannot say that we received much service there. Definitely does not worth staying for the service. I have stayed in fairmont and Sofitel across China and their services are actually on par or even better than what you get in this Raffles. As a Diamond member, I also had experience that upgrades were better in Raffles, but don’t count on that in this Raffles.

Sky cafe is a very good restaurant. Autumn is so nice and provides us a very goid service food is good, a various kind of food and wine beautiful scene
