Raffles Shenzhen is an amazing Accor Group Hotel. As a Platinum Accor member, It is one of my beloved hotels. I thoroughly enjoyed this very luxurious hotel and have been staying there for a couple of nights every month for leisure. It is situated at Shenzhen Bay, Nam Shan Area, a very nice and convenient location. The room is very spacious. The size of a superior room is not less than 60 m2, clean and bed comfortable as well as good sea view. The service of Reception and Concierge are highly commendable. I would like to thank Becky Chen and Director of Rooms Mabel Yang for their exceptionally good service. The Chinese restaurant and Sky Cafe are also great.I would like to extend my gratitude and appreciation to Manager of Sky Cafe Crystal. We enjoyed very much our breakfast, lunch and dinner. Thank you. A great hotel I highly recommend.

Stunning hotel with impeccable service. Very high attention to detail. Butler service was very helpful and attentive, especially Becky Kathryn Leo. Butler service was available by WeChat messaging app at all times (even at night) and fulfilled any and all wishes and requests promptly. Excellent breakfast buffet with very big selection of Chinese and Western dishes. Afternoon tea in lounge was great. Highly recommend Long Bar on 71st floor with stunning sunset views. Hotel rooms were modern and clean, nice decor and great city views. Thank you for an incredible stay. Will definitely come again!

I informed the hotel prior to my arrival that my stay would be part of my birthday trip through several cities. I was completely amazed by the lengths the Raffles Shenzhen team went to ensure my birthday stay was exceptional. From the very first email correspondence with Qian Liu to the handwritten birthday cards from Kathryn and Esther, the team made sure my welcome experience was seamless and personalized. But that’s not all. When I ordered room service in the evening, along with the food came a Raffles birthday cake, and Becky, Frieda (Butler), and Nick (IRD) made sure it was an evening to remember. At checkout, Echo's farewell was genuine and warm, cementing a lasting impression of the exceptional hospitality at Raffles Shenzhen. My only regret is not staying for a few more nights at Raffles Shenzhen. 😅

I recently stayed at Raffles Shenzhen and had an overall excellent experience. The breakfast offered a wide variety of high-quality options, catering to both Western and Chinese tastes. The afternoon tea was delightful, with a serene ambiance and exquisite pastries that were perfect for unwinding. The gym was well-equipped, providing everything needed for a good workout. The swimming pool was beautifully designed, with clean water that made swimming a pleasure. A special mention goes to the staff, who were professional and incredibly welcoming. In particular, I want to thank *Frieda* and *Becky* for their exceptional service. They went out of their way to set up a bubble bath for us, which was a wonderful surprise and provided much-needed relaxation during my busy schedule. Their attention to detail and care truly made my stay memorable.
