I enjoyed my 4 day stay during a conference that was also at the hotel. The conference was run very smoothly and all 1000 guests needs were met by a staff that was friendly, personable and professional at every level.

This hotel is very beautiful and well laid out. A great place to host a conference since they have multiple levels. We went for Avalara CRUSH and they used 4 of the floors (3-7) for their events and it worked out well. The front desk was able to provide me a toothbrush when I forgot mine at home. Wonderful team of people. My two complaints would be 1) there are not enough elevators during these large events, after the wrap up event, i waited for 25 mins to get on an elevator. 2) The bed was a bit too soft for my liking and made my back hurt the whole time i was there.

Great room, well appointed and typical great service. It’s in a brand new building right downtown Austin which it beautiful but felt a little sterile. The common areas are again very nice but the hard surfaces made it somewhat louder than I’d expect at a Fairmont. Again, this is a well run and service oriented hotel with no issues, but its size and style left me wanting a little more quiet than it gave.

Was here for a business trip, had no issues, very accommodating and definitely went above and beyond. Loved the hotel and staff, the location was near a lot of things but I wouldn't say it was the nicest of areas.

This was my first time to Austin and staying at this lovely hotel was a great introduction to the city. The rooms, facilities and staff were lovely. the bar/lounge are...with live music in the evenings!...was great.
