Noisy rooms, overcrowded average hotel, technical issues. Nice decorations and big rooms (superior) but nothing else. Rooms are cheap for the supposed level of comfort. But the quality is not really at the expected level. Honestly there are much better hotels in Austin.

Constant elevator outage, frequent tv service interruption, unreliable wifi service, no mini-fridge or microwave in deluxe room, long checkout process, no itemized receipt provided, overpriced food and beverages. Will not use this hotel again.

I'm speechless. I made a reservation ahead of time to have a good time with my wife. Her birthday was the day before, and I planned this as a gift. To our surprise, when we arrived at the lobby, we observed a long line of people—about 20 groups of people to be precise—waiting to check in. The elevators were not working, and there were more lines at the service elevators because the main ones weren't working. We waited around 3 hours in line. At the end of the day, we stayed there without air conditioning, and no one let us know about that. I appreciated the discount on breakfast the next day, but I'm still not happy because the person at the front desk promised a bottle of wine as a gift to my wife, and no one showed up to deliver it. They also didn't provide a card key because the computers were not working. So, we waited for another hour to meet someone to open our room. We asked the staff about the situation, and we understand that unexpected situations can happen. I would have preferred that they give us an option to reserve another day or perhaps receive the bottle of wine they promised.

Audra at the Fairmont Spa is fabulous! She’s attentive and kind, while being very professional and fun. I’d return for her nail services any day! My pedicure was relaxing and rejuvenating and the atmosphere is bright but cozy. The chairs are awesome too, with retracting foot baths!
