At the same time, I appreciate your comments regarding the level of activity throughout the hotel during your visit. There are occasions when large events can result in higher occupancy and increased activity in our public spaces. I understand how disappointing it must have been to visit the pool and be unable to find available lounge seating, particularly when looking forward to relaxing during your stay.
