Comfortable, clean, central hotel with very friendly staff . Special thanks to Manuel for looking after us so well. If I'm going to give constructive criticism I would say it was lacking toiletries, only soap and shampoo provided, not even a tissue or shower cap or body lotion. And the air conditioning was not great.

Great location and staff

This hotel grew on my during my week long stay and I’d certainly consider it again. All the staff are really friendly and the location is brilliant with many key areas just a few moments walk away. My room was on the top floor and while a little basic was perfectly comfortable and clean. There was a small table at both sides of the bed with electric socket at one side, and the lighting throughout the room had a number of options and was cosy. There was a small desk, wardrobe and standard coffee facilities. The thick curtains did a job of keeping the room dark and there was no noise from outside. The bathroom was rather less spacious and felt a little dated in comparison but the shower was decent enough and the toiletries pleasant. Plenty of soft towels were supplied along with hair dryer and bottle of water. The air-conditioning was also really effective. My only complaint with the room was a loud noise which occasionally occurred above - I can only assume it was the mechanism for one of the elevators. Rather disconcerting the first time you hear it and loud enough to wake from sleep; some people might find it rather unbearable. There’s a large fridge in reception stocking a range of soft and alcoholic drinks which is a great facility to have access to at all hours, plus the prices are reasonable. But the restaurant and courtyard on the ground floor is a lovely space. I didn’t sample the breakfast but the afternoon menu is really pleasant with wide range, and the option of sitting outside while escaping the hustle and bustle is great. Food portions are large, reasonably priced and service top notch. For a good value stay in a central location I’ll certainly be considering here again and would recommend.

Stayed 1 night before a bus trip through Peru and 2 nights upon our return.

Our request for a quiet room away from the elevator was read and complied with on our first stay. On our second stay we were allocated a room directly in front of the elevator. Upon request we were moved to a quieter room with an apology that it was not on a higher floor. In fact, it was on the same level as our first stay. We were not informed about our welcome drink on either stay (as platinum members of Accor). We were aware that it was available on the ALL app but upon presentation at the bar we were directed back to reception to obtain a paper voucher. Something that should have been provided upon check in. No acknowledgement of membership status on our 2nd stay, whereas we received sweet biscuits in our room on our first arrival. We had breakfast included on our first stay and the hostess was very unfriendly and grumpy. You get 1 x 375ml bottle of water between 2 guests in your room. No robes or room slippers in the rooms. The standard of this hotel is below my experience in Mercure hotels. Probably wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it.

The room was booked through a tour company but the hotel did recognize that I'm an ALL Gold Card member and accorded me very good service. Alicia, Monica, Adriana, Nataly and David were very helpful and friendly in many ways. Thank you guys!

Centrally located within walking distance of most places of interest within Miraflores, breakfast was excellent, lots of choice, the bedrooms were basic but clean, large shower and tea and coffee supplied with kettle. We ate out in the evenings and lots of fantastic restaurants very close! All the staff were very helpful and friendly!
