The room was booked through a tour company but the hotel did recognize that I'm an ALL Gold Card member and accorded me very good service. Alicia, Monica, Adriana, Nataly and David were very helpful and friendly in many ways. Thank you guys!

Centrally located within walking distance of most places of interest within Miraflores, breakfast was excellent, lots of choice, the bedrooms were basic but clean, large shower and tea and coffee supplied with kettle. We ate out in the evenings and lots of fantastic restaurants very close! All the staff were very helpful and friendly!

We spent three nights at the Mercure Aristo. Check in and out were seamless. The location of the hotel was pretty good with restaurants within an easy walking distance. The buffet breakfast was excellent, with the ability to order eggs they way you want them. The room, while a bit small was very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Good food at the restaurant. Friendly staff had fun with our Australian language translating with a laugh and smile. Nice rain shower head. Close to supermarket/convenience store to get water and necessities. Good spot for uber drivers to pick up.

This was a fabulous hotel that was booked for us through Exoticca. It had the best beds, best pillows and Christian was the BEST server of all things, especially Pisco Sours... Yumm the reception was amazing and the bellmen were so fun and friendly !! Thank you for your service for 5 nights of our stay in Peru!
