The hotel was clean and comfortable. Great location on La Paz in Miraflores. A short walk to the Main Street to shopping and site seeing. Tourist office near by. The best breakfast staff: Thank you Lorena, Mauricio and Elizabeth for being so pleasant and professional!

Our favorite hotel in all of Peru. Clean, comfortable and a five star breakfast

This was our favorite hotel in all of Peru. We stayed here on three separate occasions during our 18 days in Peru. The hotel is impeccably clean and of a high standard. This is the nicest Mercure we ever stayed in and is worthy of its 4 star classification. The rooms are of a good size with a super comfortable king size bed. The breakfast was amazing and rivaled that of five star hotels. There were plenty of cut fruit including watermelon, papaya, pineapple and more. A hot buffet of eggs, bacon, pancakes (with real maple syrup) and other breakfast delicacies. A bakery and salad selection rounded out the buffet. It gets better. In addition to the buffet, you can order off an a la carte breakfast menu for eggs made to your liking. Definitely book breakfast with the room rate, it is well worth it! All staff were extremely friendly. The hotel happily stored our bags while we departed on a two day tour down the coast. The location could not be beat. It is located centrally in Miraflores, extremely safe day and night, with many great restaurants all around. This is without any question the place to stay in Lima and with a great value proposition. We wholeheartedly recommend the Mercure when staying in Lima.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel in April. The reception staff were very professional, friendly and helpful! The entrance to hotel is modern, clean and inviting! Bedroom - spacious, the bed was very comfortable with wonderful pillows! Breakfast - great selection - just need to mention that you can order omelettes from the staff - delicious!! The hotel is in lovely area close to shops and restaurants and safe to walk to Uber is also available and quick! We would highly recommend staying at this hotel!

Jasmin and Renzo at the front desk are amazing. Any questions we had they answered our concerns promptly and always with a smile. The breakfast staff were fantastic! Always professional, smiling and food was great! Will come again when in Peru

Very poor service

Travelled worldwide this is the only hotel where you have to beg for drinking water. Despite of complaining after 5 hours reception never provided any drinking water bottles. They said boil the water from bathroom tap and drink it. You are in hot country and hotel expect to drink boiled water. What a silly rakes. They only provide one 350 ml on first day and expect to share this between couple. How can I recommend this hotel to guest coming to Lima. Also no cream powder in room to make white tea or coffee.
