Average value for money : compared to e.g Hyatt hotels, (same rates) the Grand Mercure offers very small rooms with unconfortable beds, service in the restaurant is good but buffet does not have much choice, especially deserts (only a bit of ice cream and some cakes), we told tge (very friendly) staff and they said they would take it into account. Reception staff is professional but do not expect smiles or a 'hope you liked your stay'. Disappointing experience for a 5* hotels without the luxury and food coming with it. Situated in Gift City, good location if going north.

My extended stay at the hotel was delightful, thanks to the amazing staff. Deepak and Aditi made a huge difference—they were warm, approachable, and always eager to help. Whether it was a small request or just a friendly chat, they were there to make my day brighter. Truly wonderful service.

My experience with Grand Mercure during the business trip was extremely nice. Pankaj Sharma who was taking care of the cleaning and other services for my room was extremely professional and nice also made my stay very comfortable. Total Yes from my side.
