From the moment of arrival, staff greet guests with warmth and professionalism, creating a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the hotel’s luxury standards. Check‑in is smooth and efficient, with clear guidance about facilities and local attractions. Throughout the stay, every request is handled promptly, whether arranging transport, offering dining recommendations, or assisting with luggage. At the restaurant, service is attentive and knowledgeable, enhancing the culinary experience. What sets the team apart is their ability to balance elegance with genuine friendliness, ensuring guests feel both pampered and at home. It took over an hour for them to make my nephew’s mango smoothie despite multiple follow ups and being the only customers. They served a lukewarm cappuccino. I had to get my own menus because the staff (Mia and Hong) were chatting in a corner, ignoring customers. Only after getting angry did the manager show up and resolve our concern. There are many other good coffee places in Sapa. Skip completely.

I chose Hotel De La coupole and Nuages Spa for a business trip and brought my mother with me. She was truly impressed by the majestic scenery of Sapa while enjoying a herbal foot soak, with a large window overlooking the mountains and floating clouds. I can confidently say this is one of the most beautiful places in Sapa. The design is a harmonious blend of modern aesthetics and the cultural heritage of the Northwestern ethnic minorities. As someone who comes from an ethnic minority myself, this place deeply moved me—it beautifully recreated cultural elements that I had only experienced during my childhood. Thank you for preserving and honoring traditions that are gradually fading over time. My mother said it would be wonderful if she could come back here every year. I would also like to thank the spa team for making her birthday truly special with their thoughtful and meaningful gestures. The room was very clean, and once again, ethnic cultural details were reflected in the interior design. The only drawback is that the room rate is quite high, so unfortunately I won’t be able to stay here on every business trip to Sapa. I highly recommend trying the hot cacao—it’s perfect for winter, very special, and served in a generously large cup. Most of the staff are local people. Although their English is somewhat limited, their friendliness, warmth, and genuine hospitality were outstanding. Their welcoming smiles made us feel truly comfortable. Don’t miss the swimming pool. When the staff learned that it was my mother’s birthday, they turned on the jacuzzi system, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Just a small tip: if you plan to use the jacuzzi, remember to ask the pool staff, as it may not be turned on by default.

I highly recommend the Hotel de la Coupole for your SaPa visit. While traveling, we had to make some changes to our itinerary because a family member got sick. We ended up at the Coupole for more days than we expected. We could not have been more comfortable or well-cared for. The breakfast buffet was amazing. The staff was super attentive. And Brian (the manager) and front desk check in workers (thank you My!) in particular made our stay so comfortable, including accommodating some last minute changes that made us feel so welcome.
