I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. At Mercure, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. We understand that the localization cannot be suitable for everyone and are sorry that you could not enjoy as much as you would have liked. We encountered a technical problem in the first 2 weeks of June that was beyond our control and we are sorry that you had to suffer the consequences. It has been resolved since June 16 and we sincerely hope that you will be pleased to come back to see this.
