Tips on Visiting Fairmont Mount Kenya Safari Club ​The Weather: October is the transition into the "short rains," so expect beautiful clear mornings with clouds or a light shower in the late afternoon—perfect for sitting by the club's famous fireplaces. ​The Equator Ceremony: Don't forget to get your certificate! The line of the equator runs right through the property. ​The Animal Orphanage: Make sure to visit the onsite Mount Kenya Wildlife Conservancy and experience signature Breakfast with rare Mountain Bongos.

My stay at Fairmont mount Kenya was wonderful. The experience was even better thanks to Caren at the bar who knew exactly what me and teenage kids needed, she was incredibly professional, kind and always smiling making us feel much welcome, Boniface also made sure that we got our food exactly how we wanted, all thanks to everyone.

Top notch service !!!

My experience was excellent The service I received from everyone was so good that I will for ever cherish my short stay at the hotel I would like single out certain individuals that were really warm and niece There are Muthoni and Denis at the front office Wangui at the orphanage Chris at the health section Lalampa Martin at the restaurant who organized a good birthday surprise Everyone was so warm and friendly Keep up the good work Have a merry Christmas all of you I forgot the room attendant Caro was amazing
