This was a fantastic hotel that was transformational for our birthday celebration. They did everything right and worked super hard to make sure that we felt that we had an awesome time to celebrate at this wonderful hotel. I would go back in a heartbeat and I wouldn’t have no hesitation recommending this place to anybody who wanted to have a relief fantastic time in Monaco.

First of all, the staff are extremely rude, especially if you are English. The hotel is currently being renovated and the pool is closed. The entrance to the pool on the top level is not possible. we were woken everyday by a hammer drill smashing tiles off bathrooms and scaffolding being taken down outside our balcony. When I complained and asked to check out early, I was refused and told I would need to pay the full amount. We were not told renovations were happening and they brushed it off as its normal; reception was rude when I asked and basically said it is tough. The worst part is the bar at night has a number of prostitutes in it looking for business. If you ok with this then fine but when you are trying to sit there and have a quite drink with your wife and you have 4 sat around, you and one tries to talk to you for business it is really not ok and disgusting. The staff are aware and are actively engaging with them, they follow you outside if you go for a cigarette. It is shocking this goes on especially when you are with your wife trying to relax on holiday. There were also children in the bar. We will never step foot in there again and are frequent visitors.

Such a beautiful hotel and amazing luxury. Best sleep during our travels, by far. Staff was also incredible ! They had great hospitality. The location couldn't have been better as it sat on the hairpin route for formula 1 race along the sea. Simply stunning!

This hotel is in a great location, walking distance to everything. The hotel is very clean and floors are very polished. The restaurants are excellent including the rooftop restaurant. Staff are great and always at your service. Room service is very fast and prompt. The views are beautiful and relaxing.

A little disappointing!

On previous occasions this hotel had been wonderful in every sense so chose to stay there again for my boys 18th birthday treat. Staff and service were great as usual but the room was a little disappointing after reception said they would sort out a good room because of the occasion. It ended up being on a floor that was undergoing renovations. Stepped out of the lift to carpet that had been taken up, paint on the floor, the odour of paint and a room with the lowest elevated room. Plus, my favourite restaurant within the hotel was closed for refurb too ( just bad timing on this) In hindsight I should have asked to be moved but my son said he was ok with it and didn’t want to kick up a fuss. Nit picking perhaps but this is my honest opinion for this visit. Looking forward to a better one when I return end of the month
