Inconsistent with Fairmount gold floor experiences in other cities.

My husband and I are longtime, loyal guests of the Fairmont brand and typically book Gold Floor accommodations, as we value the lounge experience and enhanced room amenities. During our recent stay in Winnipeg, we found this property to be notably inconsistent with other Fairmont hotels we have experienced. To begin with the positives, the check-in process was efficient, and the staff were consistently warm, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. That said, our Gold Floor room and lounge experience did not align with the standards we have come to expect. Our room felt dated, with minimal décor, an empty minibar, no slippers provided, and an extremely small, well-worn bathroom. Additionally, our room was located on a floor shared with standard rooms, which made the Gold Floor experience feel indistinguishable from a regular room despite the premium cost. Given that our stay took place in December, we anticipated some seasonal ambiance. Instead, the hotel’s atmosphere appeared primarily geared toward families with children, including nightly live dinner theater in the restaurant, with limited holiday décor throughout the property. The Gold Floor lounge offerings were also quite limited, with a modest food selection and a reduced wine and cocktail offering compared to other Fairmont Gold lounges we have enjoyed across Canada and internationally, including Toronto, Vancouver, Quebec, and Shanghai. Overall, this hotel though very centrally located, looks and feels very outdated. While this experience will not deter us from continuing to stay at Fairmont properties in other cities, we’d be hard-pressed to return to the Fairmont Winnipeg in the future.

If you’re planning on staying at Fairmont Winnipeg be sure to scour the website and find that there’s going to be horrible construction noises that will wake you up early in the morning before you stay. That’s what I was told when I complained.

O serviço do hotel é simples pelo que oferece. Tive problemas com a fatura que não foi totalmente resolvido! Mesmo após entrar em contato. O hotel e seu staff parece não se preocupar com os problemas causados aos clientes. Ja estive em hotéis mais simples com qualidade de serviço melhor.

Nous avons passé 5 jours à cet hôtel. Nous y étions pour un congrès. Le service était excellent. Belle chambre. Confortable. Durant les cinq jours aucune expérience désagréable. Le gym était propre.

L'hotel si trova in un'ottima posizione , camere spaziose , bel centro benessere, personale molto disponibile e gentie. Vorrei segnalare in particolare LIONEL , alla reception, che è riuscito a risolvere brillantemente un problema di cancellazione volo da parte di Air Canada : professionalità eccellente !!
