I am truly sorry to hear that your experience at the Fairmont Gold level did not meet the high standards we aim to provide, and I sincerely appreciate your candid observations. Your comments regarding the quality and temperature of the food are certainly concerning, and I will personally ensure that the culinary team addresses these issues moving forward.
