直接対応していただいたスタッフは皆親切でしたが、ホテルとしては Accor メンバーへの特典付与が限定的である印象を受けました。 私は Accor Diamond ステータスを持っていますが、このホテルでは Fairmont Gold Lounge にはアクセスできませんでした。案内されなかっただけかと思いましたが、部屋のカードキーがエレベーターの 9F ボタンには反応しませんでした。 また、週末の朝食無料特典についてもチェックイン時に案内されなかったように記憶しています。これは私が聞き漏らしただけかもしれず、レストランに行けば朝食無料が提供されたのかもしれませんが、試していません。とはいえ、ルームサービスを利用できたので不自由することはありませんでした。 おそらく予約保証の料金を支払ったこともあって通常の部屋から Ambassador Suite にアップグレードしていただけたことは期待以上であり、うれしく思います。ただ、到着時に部屋にウェルカムアメニティ（フルーツ、チョコレート）が置かれていたのですが、翌日のハウスキーピーングの後で部屋に帰ると、水以外のものは（マネージャーからの手紙も含めて）すべて回収されてしまっていました。 初日のハウスキーピングの際に、寝室のチェストに入れておいた私物を物色された形跡があったことには驚きました。証拠がないので何も申し出ませんでしたが、分類して入れておいたものが別の引き出しに移動していたり、ひっくり返されていたので、確実なことです。他の Accor のホテルでこのような経験はなく、ましてや Fairmont でこのようなことがあるとは思いませんでした。
