我入住的时候应该是淡季，前台服务免费做了升级，我们的房间是六楼面朝河边和广场的一个塔尖的位置，一进去感觉像个小阁楼，让人觉得有一种隐秘的安全感，妈妈和我都很喜欢。总而言之，这次的停留会成为我们旅途记忆里一颗闪亮的星星。

古堡很美，附近環境優美，大廳很漂亮，服務人員有禮貌，美中不足是冰箱裝滿付費的飲料，卻沒有一丁點給客戶使用的地方，如果需要冰箱，還要另外付費租冰箱，這是我第一次遇到在五星級飯店住宿需付費租冰箱的體驗，我想冰箱本來就是基本的才對。

奇怪的五星飯店住宿體驗

五星級的飯店但進門發現地板沒有清潔，還有用過的隱形眼鏡在地上，沒有給新的拖鞋只剩下上一個客戶用過的包裝，冰箱裡還有上一個客戶吃剩的食物，打電話詢問得到那我可以怎麼幫你的回覆，正常聽到這個問題應該知道要請人來拿走吧？整個房間就像是沒有檢查過一樣，但地點確實很好，風景也確實很漂亮。
