You may not be aware that we are currently undergoing a multi year renovation project that will see all of our guest spaces fully updated. We are confident that the final result will exceed your expectations! We also do understand that the cabin style experience of our large 100+ year old property is not something that everyone enjoys. We are sorry to hear that your travel agent did not adequately prepare you for this experience, however; we are pleased to hear that you enjoyed our staff and dining options, as well as the spacious bathroom amenities.
