Generell sehr schöne Anlage und es war für uns ein sehr toller Urlaub. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt mit Frühstück inklusive gebucht. Nervig war das wir jeden Tag vor dem Frühstück wieder quasi fürs Frühstücksbuffet uns vorab anmelden mussten und wieder bekannt gaben, dass wir das Frühstück inkludiert haben. Trotzdem haben wir dann nach dem Frühstück immer wieder eine Rechnung erhalten, wo immer wieder versucht wurde uns einen Teil des Frühstücks zu verrechnen, dass war echt nervig. Denn einmal im System hinterlegt, da sollte es keine Diskussion mehr geben. Problematisch war auch das wir Eltern früher zum Frühstück gegangen sind und unsere Teenies später nachgekommen sind. Es wäre dem Personal lieber gewesen, wenn wir immer gemeinsam gekommen wären.

We also regret that there wasn’t more flexibility in allowing your teenagers to join at different times, and that your experience with service at Hale Kai did not reflect the warm hospitality we strive to provide.
