Beautiful hotel. Stayed there a couple of nights with my daughter who was there for work. Staff are all lovely and very helpful. Room was very spacious (needed an extra bed for one of my daughters as didn’t have a double room) bathroom was clean and no shower curtain which was great as they hold so much dirt ( not hygienic at all. Lifts worked fine .. hotel and surrounding grounds are very clean and well maintained.. A good location.. Ate in one of the restaurants, food was very nice. Would highly recommend..

I had a lovely stay at Hamilton Princess & Beach Club. A special highlight was my visit to Duchess Café—the atmosphere was welcoming and the service exceptional. Special mention to Psyche Davis, whose warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made the experience even more memorable. Outstanding hospitality all around.

Such a wonderful place to unwind, have a wonderful dinner and know the food will always be excellent. Thank you to the wonderful Fernandes who went above and beyond making sure our steak was perfection. Nothing was too much trouble. What a gent and you’re a credit to the resort. Thank you again for your kindness.

My husband and I brought our baby to Intrepid and had a surprisingly phenomenal experience. Our server Oleana was so kind and accommodating and even took time to entertain the baby during dinner. And the food!! We started with some sushi rolls and crudo and were blown away by the freshness of all the fish. This is really, really great sushi. Then we had the steak flight and found out they take their beef just as seriously. They let each diner choose their own steak knife which is fun. The steaks were perfectly cooked, so juicy and flavorful. Was worried this place would be overly corporate with all the business travelers and couldn’t believe we had such a top notch meal here. Also, we checked out the art collection before dinner- it is world class. What an amazing experience!

Very enjoyable stay. Staff really tried to go the extra mile to make sure we had a great time. Stayed in the gold lounge and dined at intrepid. Really enjoyed the art collection.
