The location was good, if you wanted to be near to the shops. We thought the hotel is better for families than couples. The room was dated but apparently they have started to modernised part of the hotel. We didn’t think this hotel is worth the money but thank goodness we booked gold club level, then we found the service very good. Bermuda is expensive!. The hotel is clean and tidy. The breakfast was held in a very busy and noisy canteen, like area, you had to queue to be shown to a table and some mornings, too long!. The restaurant in the hotel called ‘Intrepid’ was very good, the waiters were exceptional, very good service. We found there wasn’t much to do in the hotel, no entertainment, although it was the Christmas period. Unfortunately the weather was quite cool and there was a lot of rain, the hotel was also quite cold!. The staff were very helpful, especially the director of rooms, although some of the staff, especially front desk, were not knowledgeable enough. The standard of this Fairmont doesn’t match the numerous Fairmonts we have stayed at.

The Hamilton Princess is one of our favorite hotels as we love the pools and all of the amenities. This trip, the weather was wet and windy, but that did not stop the Princess staff from taking wonderful care of us! A big thank you to Pasqual on the Gold Floor and Yuri at the Crown and Anchor. Pasqual took the time to learn my daughter's food allergies to find suitable alternatives and made everyone feel energized with his wonderful vibe. Yuri made the Princess feel like home with his warmth and helpful nature. The Karaoke and games night were excellent family time. We got some workouts in (with the teens too) and the massages we received were top notch! So though we didn't get to spend much time in the pool, the Fairmont Hamilton Princess remains one of my top hotels I get to experience. Looking back to returning soon!

We stayed at the Hamilton Princess for four days at the beginning of December. We stayed in a room that gave us access to the Gold floor. I can’t say enough about the service that we received from Pascoal and Rolly. I watched them with other guests. I don’t know how they remember everybody’s name and what their particular likes are. They make everybody feel special They both seem to be there all the time, I don’t know when they have time off. If you’re able to staying with access to the Gold floor is a special treat
