Amazing experience amazing view loved that atmosphere very relaxing for the evening Enjoyed the stay staff gave us a complimentary unexpected upgrade to. large spaces room was great. I had lots of seating area to relax and enjoy our time. Very nice decor.

Rooms are nice just could be a little better. (I’m on floor 7) The food is good but sometimes makes my stomach. Probably cause I ate too much. But the thing that downgraded my experience was that I was informed that the pool ended around 10:15. But we were not allowed at 8:15. This was clearly a waste of time. But overall it was nice.

Amazing stay, Hotel McDonald is a beautiful property.

Fairmont properties are alway an outstanding experience. Service is always excellent, rooms are always beautiful and very clean. Beds and linens are amazing!! Meals and drinks are exceptional. We love Fairmont and have stayed in properties all over the world and cannot wait for our next stay.

Was here for a couple of days to relax. Check in was a breeze. The young lady was new but wasted no time doing her job. Room was clean, quiet, and spacious enough for me. Dining was glorious. The service was excellent and the staff was very friendly and polite! Enjoyed my stay and recommend this hotel. Hard to get to but once there, all is good

Service was wonderful, the Gold Concierge and Rebeca Ilot helped me in giving my daughter and her husband a wonderful wedding night in the King Edward VIII room, a magical evening and incredible breakfast. Champagne and light bites were waiting for the couple on arrival to their room, very nice touch.
