Stayed as part of a group tour. Enjoyed a delicious dinner and a couple of margaritas in the rooftop restaurant with a lovely view across Bursa. Service was friendly and efficient. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Complimentary water provided. Would highly recommend.

I visit Big Chef sometimes. The restourant's service is wery fast, the atmosphere is wery nice.price is slightly above average. The menu is diverse and quite delicous. My favorite dish on the menu is grilled squid. I recommend it to everyone. it is a must go locaiton. it is in bursa

Shabby hotel with bad service

Currently is staying at the hotel. The hotel is old and little bit shabby. Thermal area is shabby and uncomfortable too. All in all I’m upset that has chosen it. Service is about 2 stars - yesterday we had a doctor appointment at 6 a.m. The day before, in the evening we have asked to call a taxi for us. So in the morning nobody called us to said that taxi arrived, so we just came to reception. Reception was darken and nobody was on the table…When came the security guard and found some lady - she definitely didn’t heard anything regarding taxi and just started to call for it!! I suppose that nobody asked for a taxi at 5.30 despite he goes to airport or train or had a special appointment! Today during breakfast simits has ended - when we asked a waiter he said that that’s all and it finished. At 9.30-breakfast is till 10.30! To end my review - today is my birthday and even any card with congrats was given to me)) 5 stars hotel. Very sad(

As a result of the research we have done based on your feedback, we would like to state that; Your reservation was made by our teammate by calling the taxi station on the evening you requested a taxi. At 05:30 in the morning, the taxi station called the reception and asked if you were ready in the lobby and since you were not in the lobby yet they told them that the taxi station should be notified when you go down to the lobby. These conversations are also included in our phone records After you landed at the lobby at 05:39, your taxi was called and your taxi arrived at 05:43. Regarding the breakfast feedback, our daily bagels were sold out due to the use of other guests, but our team members quickly took action to ensure your satisfaction and brought you bagels. Please accept our apologies for being late for your birthday and we hope you were pleased with the birthday surprise our F&B team prepared for you the next day. Thank you once again for sharing your concerns and we hope you will give us the opportunity to serve you better in the near future. Sincerely, Mövenpick Hotel & Thermal Spa Bursa

The Staff were helpful and atmosphere was perfect. The room is clean and they clean it for you in daily basis. The breakfast was an average i was expected more from Movenpick. Accumadation service were good. They provide for you a local guide as an option.

We prefered the hotel due to international branding. FO staff were friendly and helpful. The room provided was bigger than many hotels in Turkey with comfortable and nice decorations. Breakfast was OK, but dinner at Italian restaurant was good and delicious. We enjoyed SPA facilities during our vacation in Bursa, Turkey.
