well located, good stay

location of the hotel near LRT Cikunir 1, and walk for about 500m. There's so much food around the hotel so it won't be a problem if you are hungry, and the hotel also provides room service (I didn't try it). This hotel has a bar in the lobby, a meeting room on the 3rd floor, a restaurant, a pool, and a fitness room on the 5th floor. Check-in was smooth, but I still had to wait 15 minutes because I got a smoking room and waited to be ozone (that day, the room was full). I got a welcome drink because I'm an Accor member (silver member). The staff was very helpful. room was comfy, full of amenities, and a tea/coffee set. I got a good sleep here. wifi was good enough for me. Breakfast is not very much variation but it is still OK for me. I don't try the pool and fitness so that's it.

Enjoyed and returned my second time here

I like the staff attitude. Very professional. Mbak Savira and Mbak Aura are friendly and exemplary staff. The checking in and out are convenient and exceptionally efficient. The receptionist mbak Eris and team are well verse in thier job.

Best for the room, for the breakfast, hospitality and vibes and best staycation thanks to savira and aura for the experience. Would repeat staycation at this hotel. Best for kids especially for the breakfast and facilities. Keep this work up and success for the good work.
