I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Mercure Langkawi! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm hospitality and genuine smiles. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised by how modern, clean, and comfortable the entire hotel felt. My room was spacious, well-designed, and spotless, with a cozy bed and all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. I also loved the little thoughtful touches—everything felt well-maintained and carefully prepared. The breakfast buffet was another highlight. There was a wide variety of choices, from local Malaysian favorites to international options, all fresh and delicious. The restaurant staff were attentive and kept everything running smoothly even during peak hours. Location-wise, Mercure Langkawi is perfect—close enough to explore the main attractions, restaurants, and beaches, yet quiet enough to enjoy a peaceful retreat. The pool area was beautiful and relaxing, great for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely return. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Langkawi!

Shifa and shaz have been so friendly and the concierge team. Our whole journey has been comfortable and excellent The hotel is so nice and clean. The restaurant staff have been very hospitable.

I had a fantastic stay at Mercure Langkawi! The location couldn’t be better — right in front of Pantai Cenang Beach and just a short, easy drive from the airport. The hotel has a modern, spacious design that feels fresh and welcoming, and my room had a great view overlooking both the town and the sea. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of variety, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I also appreciated that the AC was quiet — such a small detail but it made a big difference for a comfortable night’s sleep. There are lots of car and scooter rental places nearby, plus endless cafés and restaurants just seconds away. It’s such a convenient and lively area while still feeling relaxed. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would love to come back to Mercure Langkawi!
