Abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti, 4 adulti. Ci sono state assegnate due camere dietro e piano strada senza finestra. La finestra era un vetro fisso, tenda sempre tirata perché c'era passaggio di gente. Sembrava di stare in un bunker. Pessimo giudizio.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel e siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti. Merita assolutamente le 5 stelle: la struttura è moderna, estremamente pulita e ben organizzata. La piscina è un vero gioiello, con molti lettini sempre in ordine e un’atmosfera rilassante. La cena a bordo piscina è stata incantevole, con un buffet ricco e variegato accompagnato da luci soffuse che creano un’atmosfera magica. Anche la colazione è stata eccellente, con un’ampia scelta sia di dolce che di salato. Lo staff è stato gentile e premuroso, sempre disponibile a soddisfare ogni esigenza. La posizione dell’hotel è perfetta: vicina alla via principale e al mare, ma abbastanza distante da evitare i rumori notturni delle feste in spiaggia, garantendo così un soggiorno tranquillo. L’unico episodio negativo è stato durante la prima notte. I nostri vicini di stanza erano molto rumorosi: parlavano ad alta voce, sbattevano porte e piatti, disturbando il nostro riposo. Essendo le nostre stanze comunicanti, abbiamo bussato alla porta che le collegava, chiedendo gentilmente di abbassare il volume. Poco dopo, però, siamo stati contattati dalla reception, perché i vicini si erano lamentati sostenendo che fossimo noi a fare rumore. Abbiamo spiegato la situazione al personale, che ci ha rassicurato dicendo che avrebbe verificato e, se necessario, ci avrebbe spostato in un’altra stanza. Tuttavia, non c’è stato alcun intervento concreto: i vicini hanno continuato a fare rumore fino oltre l’una di notte, e noi non siamo riusciti a dormire. Non chiedevamo di essere spostati, volevamo semplicemente che la situazione fosse gestita per garantire tranquillità. A parte questo episodio, il soggiorno è stato splendido, e consigliamo comunque questo hotel per chi cerca comfort, eleganza e relax.
