Check in/out very fast. Staff very friendly and customer focused. Rooms in very good conditions, house keeping personal are doing a great job 👏! Car parking for a reasonable price. Breakfast quality and variety perfect….. friendly service ! As an Accor diamond member I got more than I expected! I’ll definitely come back 👍👍👍

We stayed here the night before our Viking Riverboat cruise and it was great! Clean, comfortable and great location to get to the boat the next morning. We opted to walk ( suitcases and all) in only 11 minutes to the boat. You can of course take a taxi or uber … but it was such a beautiful day we walked. We ate at the restaurant and truly had one of the best Chicken Schnitzel dinners! The little patio outside was really lovely. We were on the 2nd floor … room was a standard Novotel room .. clean and good size.

This is a really lovely hotel in so many respects and I would have given it a solid four stars but our room smelt of dank drains / sewage on and off! It was too late at night to call reception to try to change rooms but we mentioned it on checkout. Location - great; an easy ten to fifteen minute walk to old town etc. Noise - not too bad but as our room was near the lifts we were woken in the morning by multiple loud lift users. Just one of those things. Check in was friendly and efficient. The room was well appointed with a bath and plenty of amenities. Good room but the awful smell ruined our stay. Breakfast was really good and our children loved the pancakes and making fresh orange juice.

Unfortunately, such technical defects in the odorless floor traps can never be completely ruled out, even if they are quickly remedied afterwards, but we would of course have offered you a room change without any problems if you had reported the issue in the evening. We would also like to apologize for the noise disturbance caused by other guests, because even though the elevators in our modern building now run without operating noise, it is of course difficult to prevent disturbances to the peace and quiet caused by inconsiderate and loud guests, despite all our efforts. Nevertheless, we would be delighted to welcome you back to our hotel on your next visit. If you are arriving by train, there are likely better options, but this was ideal for us, as we were travelling by car. It combines easy access by car with reasonable access to the old town (about a 20 minute walk, or there are some public transit options also on the main street just in front of the hotel; they can take you down to the Domplatz). The underground parking (extra cost) was convenient. Checkin was friendly and efficient. The rooms were large, with a separate toilet and shower/sink area, a large workdesk area, and lots of storage. They were very quiet. The breakfast was excellent: yogurt, fruit, fresh oranges, many types of bread, buns, sliced meats and cheeses, mini meatballs which were great, eggs of various types, several different raw veggies, cereal, danishes, etc, and very good coffee. Cost was reasonable for this quality of hotel. The only drawback might be that there aren't many businesses in the immediate area. It's in a residential area filled with low-rise apartment blocks. There are a few businesses nearby, but not many. For supper, the front desk did recommend an Italian restaurant about two blocks away, and it was excellent. Other than that, there isn't much around. If I were in Regensburg again, I would definitely stay here.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel very much. It was a convenient walk to the city centre (around 20 minutes). The hotel rooms were nice and there was also a good restaurant. Staff was very kind and helpful.
