Good morning, We apologise your stay was not to our usual high standards. The tea towel, clothes and dishwashing liquid is located under the sink in the kitchen and we have maintenance team checking the locks on the balcony. Our bathroom sinks do not have built in plugs however, We have passed this review to senior management to be reviewed. We apologise again and hope your next stay with us is to our high standard.
