Amazing food at breakfast, beautiful selection of different salads and sushi and flavours Chinese soup. Yeah everything’s very fresh atmosphere is beautiful music very relaxing. The staff are world class. Always checking on how you are enjoying everything. Very friendly special mention to Harris outside by the pool who greeted us took our photos and chatted Willy was extremely helpful Retam was beautiful in checking on us and organising tea and coffee Dila also needs special mention for her friendliness. The staff of what make your dining experience the best keep it up Coleman it’s the reason we keep coming back.

stayed there from 2-5 Jan (3 nights) - nice, comfortable room - breakfast tasted really good - friendly and helpful staff - close to Kuta Mandalika, easy to explore food spots there - free shuttle to Pepito Market Kuta as well things i wish i knew beforehand: - the beach sand is very different from Selong Belanak or Mawun — it’s harder and can hurt your feet, so not the best for beach play overall we had a pleasant experience. except for the beach

Very good staffs and crew, nice location and good facilities. We had some problems with our assigned room but they managed to give another room quickly. Thanks to all hotel receptionist, room crews, the kitchen staffs and the supporting staff especially Atham for giving travel tips.
