Thank you Pullman Lombok for a very memorable and warm 3-night stay. Our family and I would like to express our gratitude, especially to Mas Elang who, from the check-in process to the check-out process, was very helpful, always smile and very responsive to customer requests. Thank you also to Mas Taweng who accompanied our family for the sunset activity. We stayed for 2 nights in the deluxe suite and garden villa. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable,and the furniture in the room was modern. The breakfast was delicious and varied, there was a kids corner in the restaurant. The swimming pool was clean, well maintained. The massage service at the spa was also very good. Overall, we are very satisfied with our experience during our stay in Pullman lombok.

First time in Lombok and we choose Pullman to stay.. We have a great stay there.. Really enjoy the room, pool, resto and beach.. Great service too from all the staff.. The food taste also really delicious!

The Deluxe Suite room is very comfortable and spacious, especially for those traveling with children. Mr. Prabu and his team were very helpful and responded quickly when my child was stung by a bee (they took us to the clinic). The breakfast was delicious and varied. There were plenty of activities for kids (playing in the sand, swimming, playground).

It was a short vacay to Lombok, but it was so amazing. I've been wondering how Pullman Mandalika will look like. It was a peak season on Eid Holiday so I've decided to book the hotel earlier. Check in was fast and so responsive. They had a dedicated accor member check-in counter. Mr. Prabu was so helpful with helping me checking in. He even sent me an extra welcome amenities for the second day. He was also helping me to arrange daily activity, as well as airport shuttle. He knows his property so well and cater to all the guests' needs. F&B staffs were also friendly, helpful, and also had a wide knowledge about their product as well. Thumbs up for Ms. Dilla who was so helpful, diligent, hard-working, and working so effective and efficient. Also I would like to send my gratitude for Mr. Dwi, the concierge staff who helped me and my family during our stay. Not to forget also Mr. Raka at the pool and also Mr. Jean, our guide for sunset walk to Bukit Seger. Pullman Mandalika is indeed a good Accor property with very talented and hard-working staff. For sure, I will stay here again in the future.
