The location is very convenient close to Mandalika Circuit, Bukit Seger, Bukit Merese, and even Sade Village is just a short drive away. The hotel is truly family-friendly, with a playground and a kids club that offers a variety of daily activities for children. With direct access to the beach, the hotel also provides marshmallows to roast as the sun sets , a lovely touch for families. All of the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. We stayed in the Garden Suite Courtyard, and getting around the resort was easy as buggy cars were available to take us everywhere. The food was excellent as well. From breakfast to lunch and dinner, we enjoyed our meals at AR Restaurant. Highly recommended for families looking for a peaceful stay with thoughtful, family-friendly facilities.

We had an amazing stay in February. The location and view are lovely. The staff was very kind and very helpful. Especially, Johan, Nitya, Nisa and Retam went the extra mile to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The food and the breakfast buffet were yummy and fresh. The airport service also worked perfectly. The lounge chairs at the pool and beach were comfortable and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the special pillow service was excellent. Our stay was very quiet and relaxing, but we have admit to that we stayed off-season. We would come back. Thanks to the amazing staff.
