Overall great experience, this is a 5 star and very beautiful resort. Stayed in Deluxe suite, the staff is amazing and very humble.. which makes it very special. Would like to mention Johan Nitya and Bahri were very keen on ensuring that our stay is special.

We genuinely enjoyed staying at the hotel. The staff were very friendly but there was one guy at the breakfast named Zomi and he was 5-star service from day 1. We noticed staff were very accomodating when special events were on or if corporate groups were there but Zomi was 5-star regardless of whether there was only 2 guests or 50. He asked questions, he was keen to serve and was very proactive and helpful. That guy has great attention to detail. Thanks again, Zomi!
