Not 5 star - Mold, Sewage Smell, and No Support from Management

I had a very disappointing stay at the Pullman Lombok. The first room had a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom due to poorly sealed sliding doors. We were moved to another room, but it had a heavy mold smell and faulty bathroom doors that eventually jammed at 7am, requiring maintenance to enter our room — a serious privacy issue. I’ve attached photos of the mold and the repair visit. Service was also poor. A large group event caused noise and disruption throughout the hotel. At lunch, we were initially told we couldn’t sit in the main restaurant because of the group, despite empty tables. After insisting, we were finally seated, but no staff came to take our order until I repeatedly got up to ask. We reported all issues to the duty manager, Feri Irwansyah, via WhatsApp, but were only offered cakes as an apology and no real solution or alternative room. When we decided to shorten our stay because of the unacceptable conditions, the hotel refused to refund even the first night. For a hotel advertised as 5 stars and part of the Accor group, the experience was far below standard — from hygiene and room quality to service and guest care. I cannot recommend staying here until major improvements are made.

Today is my 3rd of 5 days stay in Pullman Lombok. So far, me and my family enjoys our stay here. Breakfast is great, with large variation of menu. Specially the kids playground just around the corner of the breakfast area, with lots of fun different activity for each day. I had help today on my breakfast served by Lina, very helpfull and friendly staff. Love the espresso.
