A nice but brief stay

I arrived very warm after a long motorcycle journey. Pleasant reception and speedy booking in. My room was a bit dated, and after a small problem, the air conditioning was sorted out and whilst not being the best, it sufficed. I enjoyed a couple of beers, and a quick dip in the pool (in my experience quite rare in this price bracket of hotel). I ate in the restaurant as I didn’t want to travel far, ( I’m not sure what alternatives there were nearby). The food was reasonable in quality and price, and the same goes for breakfast. Overall, parts of the hotel were looking a bit tired, but the facilities were very good. There was free secure parking for motorcycles.

This a more upmarket Hotel Ibis. The hotel is more spacious than previous ones I’ve stayed in. We were made to feel very welcome on arrival and the staff were very helpful. There is a lift to all floors. Our room was very clean and very spacious. Highly recommended.

it's restaurant looks like a burger place, but it servers (very well)very good French food, Recommend. The room was a typical Ibis, ok for a nights stay. We would have liked to see grab handles in the shower. All the staff spoke English, and were excellent. Very poor internet. Would use again.

We had stayed in an IBIS hotel just a few days earlier and were really impressed with the cleanliness and hygiene measures in place. We expected the same from this hotel but were very disappointed. When we arrived, we were surprised to see people in the lobby drinking near the check in, without masks of course. I had checked in on line to speed things up but I still had to sign some form with a grubby pen. The room itself was not very clean (stained carpet, dead insects on the window sill) and looked like it had had a hard life. The door and windows were difficult to open. The waitress in the breakfast room was very pleasant but I was appalled to see she didn't wear her mask over her nose. We were relieved to leave.

An important point was made with our teams, in particular to check that all of them are wearing their masks in the common areas. as you can see there are many posters all over the hotel. Regarding the lack of cleanliness mentioned, I am surprised and shocked by such comments which in no way reflect the comments attributed to us I hope you will still be able to keep your trust in us during your next visit to our region. 2 night stop over on the way south

We stayed here on our way south in order to visit Chablis for wine tasting. Perfect location. Usually stayed clear of Ibis in the past but this hotel changed our opinion of the brand. Staff very helpful, breakfast that was buffet style was plentiful. Air con in room good, room clean and beds comfortable. Lift to all floors. Car parking on sight The hotel is also dog friendly. Would highly recommend this hotel and we would stay there again.
