Dear Mr. Ting Z., We very much appreciate your comments regarding your stay at the Novotel Bishkek City Center. We are glad that you have enjoyed your stay. However, you did mention about some inconveniences such as a connecting door in your room that made you feel uncomfortable. Let me inform you that you can always lock the door from your side and no one from the neighbor door can enter the room. You may always ask the reception to change the room and we will be more than happy to assist you.
