They sold my room the night I flew in and left me stranded. I had a reservation for over a month.

While I was on my layover flying to Colombia, I received an email saying that Ibis had canceled my reservation. I emailed back and tried to call but they didn't answer. When I arrived, they had sold my room and were full, so I was stranded at midnight without a hotel in the most dangerous city in Colombia.

This hotel is located on a VERY busy street; luckily, they have a private garage. The rooms are super small for a party of two. So small that they improvised a closet with two pieces of wood in the corner of the room. The beds are SUPER uncomfortable. You literally feel like you are sleeping on the floor. Our first night, we contacted the front desk at 2 a.m. to complain about the beds and to request another room, and they confirmed that all beds are the same and that they have received plenty of complaints about the same thing. The buffet breakfast was a joke. Cold food, no flavor, and not enough variety—I will not recommend this hotel and will definitely not stay there again!

the towels had poop on them most disgusting experience ever. i literally walked the towel down to reception. im still waiting on answer from the manager and yet all we got from the recepcionist was an im sorry. If i jad this happen in my hotel i would be ashamed of my cleaning standards

En conjunto con nuestro proveedor de lavandería(multinacional líder en el mercado y destacada por su procesos de alta calidad), revisamos a fondo la situación, se trata de una mancha que no tiene que ver de ninguna manera con lo mencionado en este review, el hotel cuenta con todos los soportes que con mucho gusto ponemos a disposición. Muchas gracias por su tiempo y atención, les deseamos un excelente comienzo de mes y de año 2023.

it was a flash visit to cali, hotel was good locate to get so many places in short time, this hotel isn´t a luxury hotel, you pay for a comfortable room and good breakfast, no surprises. i hope, the evaluate to put a minibar.
