A convenient place with warm rooms and comfortable bed and good standards of cleanliness. Rooms were quiet and well maintained. Breakfast is served buffet style - personally I found it of limited appeal on the hot dishes side (messy, cool) but there is bread, yoghurt, salad, croissant and drinks too. The. Cafe also serves main meals in the evening and is good.

Отличный отель в Ақтобе , останавливались на 3 дня по рабочей поездке . Хорошее расположение недалеко от аэропорта , рядом торговый центр керуен . Красивый вид на город , чистые номера . Хотелось бы отметить команду отеля :администрация , фронт офис , хаускипинг , ресторан , повара ( Темірлан , Диляра , Виктория , Екатерина , Гульхан , Светалана все все ) готовые помочь по любому вопросу в любое время . Сытные разнообразные завтраки -шведский стол ! Все было вкусно , чай с бергамотом и выпечка в самое сердце ! Есть меню на обед и ужины , все вкусно особенно запомрился салат с телятиной ! Рахмет за гостепрейимство IBIS ! Желаю процветания и благодарных клиентов отелю !

Первый визит в Актобе удался.

Очень стильный, чистый отель. Персонал приветливый, наперебой стараются помочь. Подарили карту города, всё объяснили. Бесплатная парковка. Рядом торговый центр, парк и аквапарк. В номере есть все необходимое. Рекомендую отель всем.
