Das Hotel ist der sehr gut und hat sehr freundliches Personal besonders sind mir Tasmin, Sean und KIm Peach auf gefallen da sie sehr hilfsbereit sind ob wohl mein englisch nicht so gut ist . Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und Ordentlich und das Essen ist seinen Preis wert

Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und sofort hilfsbereit am meisten will ich Tasmin, Sean and Kim peach loben für ihre außerordentliche Leistung. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Man kann zu Fuß sehr viele Standorte erreichen. Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm.

Die Mitarbeiter im Hotel sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Vor allem Tasmin, Sean und Kim peach. Der Aufenthalt hier war sehr angenehm. Die Zimmer waren jeden Tag sehr gut geputzt. Das Bett war sehr angenehm. Geräusche im Hotel sind kaum vorhanden.

Super Service von Tasmin, Sean und Kim Peach. Wir durften einen unglaublichen Service genießen, sowohl an der Hotelbar, als auch der Zimmerservice und vor allem an der Rezeption. Ich werde wenn ich mal wieder in Daventry bin auf jeden fall wieder im Mercure einchecken.

Da una catena come il Mercure mi aspettavo di più. Sono stata qui per più settimane consecutive, le camere in cui ho alloggiato erano sempre ampie e pulite, i bagni sarebbero da rifare. Nota dolente, la finestra lasciata aperta dal personale delle pulizie aveva congelato la stanza e per scaldare ho dovuto usare il phon (il riscaldamento non è regolabile facilmente). La colazione è standard, senza particolari specialità da segnalare.

Mi dispiace che tu abbia sentito che c'erano alcuni aspetti positivi del tuo soggiorno che non hanno soddisfatto le tue aspettative. Il responsabile delle pulizie ha chiesto che le sue scuse ti siano state trasmesse per gli eventuali disagi causati dall'apertura della finestra. Apprezziamo la tua condivisione delle tue preoccupazioni e speriamo che nella tua prossima visita il tuo soggiorno sarà uno che ti aspetti dai nostri hotel.
