Shout out to Kira in the hotel bar who did a fantastic job coping with a very busy (and at times chaotic) Saturday night. She seemed to be the only one keeping things under control by taking orders, pouring drinks and sorting payment. Thank you Kira, you should get a raise!

Only one night but very pleasant stay and staff were both friendly and courteous. Good location close to main roads and easy walk to local nature park and shops. Hotel is large and rooms are clean and spacious. Reception staff were very helpful.

Cet hôtel a son parking payant, non affiché sur le comptoir de la réception, ni sur la voie d'accès de ca parking, non éclairé, non abrité et en mauvais état. Il n'est pas non plus signalé par le personnel de la réception, malgré la demande faite pour savoir s'il est possible de recharger un véhicule électrique, donc qu'il y a une voiture à stationner. En payant le jour du départ, je signale que je n'ai pas pris de p.d.j., mais il m'est facturé. Pas de demande si j'ai un véhicule au parking. Professionnalisme dans cet hôtel égal à 00. Par contre, envoi d'une contravention, dont le coût est supérieur à celui de la chambre. Là, chapeau! Les autres hôtels du groupe ACCOR, à Northampton ou Milton Keynes sont nettement au-dessus au niveau service. Aucune réponse de la part d'un responsable suite à un mail envoyé pour signaler ce problème, ainsi qu'après un signalement au service client ACCOR, montre l'état d'esprit du management et donc du personnel. A éviter, il ya mieux pas loin.

Da una catena come il Mercure mi aspettavo di più. Sono stata qui per più settimane consecutive, le camere in cui ho alloggiato erano sempre ampie e pulite, i bagni sarebbero da rifare. Nota dolente, la finestra lasciata aperta dal personale delle pulizie aveva congelato la stanza e per scaldare ho dovuto usare il phon (il riscaldamento non è regolabile facilmente). La colazione è standard, senza particolari specialità da segnalare.

Mi dispiace che tu abbia sentito che c'erano alcuni aspetti positivi del tuo soggiorno che non hanno soddisfatto le tue aspettative. Il responsabile delle pulizie ha chiesto che le sue scuse ti siano state trasmesse per gli eventuali disagi causati dall'apertura della finestra. Apprezziamo la tua condivisione delle tue preoccupazioni e speriamo che nella tua prossima visita il tuo soggiorno sarà uno che ti aspetti dai nostri hotel.
