I recently stayed at Mercure Moa Berlin and had a wonderful experience! The room was spacious, clean, and perfect for families traveling with children. The hotel's location is very convenient—it's right next to a metro station, making it easy to explore the city, and it’s situated above a large supermarket, which is great for quick snacks or essentials. The overall ambience of the hotel is very relaxing, striking a perfect balance between comfort and modern style. It’s an excellent choice not just for families but also for hosting business events, as the facilities and services cater to a wide range of needs.

Feedback already requested and provided: Why am I being asked to write it all again here? Toilet didn’t work. Room difficult to find. Lifts don‘t serve all floors / rooms. Breakfast table cleared every day while still trying to have breakfast.

Great hotel about 15 minutes out of the City centre which was easily accessible by Ubah station less than 10 walk from the hotel. The hotel is modern and very large with access from the street via lift, the open plan reception area is very impressive as was the design of the hotel. I was very impressed with my room which was very clean, however I did have a problem with noise (being close to one of the lift shafts which was mechanically noisy) so after one night I asked for a change of room, this was done with no fuss, the reception staff were very helpful and friendly. There is a large restaurant and separate bar within the hotel, and at street level a supermarket and coffee shop. The area felt safe and was quiet at night, good choice of places to eat and drink all within 10 minutes walk. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again.

The reception staff, are very friendly and helpful. My first time in Moabit, as I usually stay at The Mercure Wittenburg Platz, I am already planning to return at the end of November, I’ll have more time to try the restaurant, and export the local area. My room was upgraded, and it was a very pleasant surprise, to experience the quality of my room. I highly recommend this hotel.
