Great location at malioboro, friendly & helpful staff, efficient & smooth check-in process (thanks to ms. Lulu) as well as during check-out, great variety & excellence taste of food (breakfast), spacious carpark; very nice, clean & spacious room incuding the facilities, nice swimming pool. Lulu has been been very helpful in allowing me to check in early for one of the rooms at earlier than normal. Her service is excellent. The rooms are also clean and beds are clean as well. Toilet is also clean.

Loved my stay! The location was perfect for sightseeing Malioboro, and the hotel staff was incredibly welcoming from the moment we checked in. Rooms were clean & spacious. Thanks to Lulu who was very helpful! Deluxe room is spacious and location is great right on malioboro street. Pity there isn't a view but that's all right.
