The rooms and place has a musty smell, we had to stay with the windows open throughout the day and night. The lift is tiny I wouldn’t recommend taking it.. seems dodgy.better take the stairs.the place It’s very basic so you actually get what you payed for.The staff was very nice except the man in reception who was standoffish. The breakfast was small and compact thought it had everything you needed. Nice touch having a juicer and boil your own eggs. The place is central and close to the metro

The breakfast was amazing. The lady who served was very nice and friendly. The price for the hotel was very good. Beds were excellent. Airco was the best we have ever had. The people who worked here were very friendly.

Good value place to stay - whether for pleasure or business. About 30 minutes by metro from the centre of Paria, right next door to Marcel Sembat metro station, and in a pleasant, lively part of the city. The hotel was clean and comfortable and all the staff friendly and welcoming. All helped make it feel less of a chain hotel. Breakfast was good too.

Hotel was lovely and clean, bedding done each day. Continental breakfast was fresh each morning, free tea, coffee and water also available. Room was very comfortable and very quiet only downside is that the air conditioning didn’t seem to work. Excellent base for access to the whole of Paris , metro right outside the door. Plenty of places to eat and shop around the hotel. Staff were very welcoming. Would definitely stay there again.

Dirty. No service. Ridiculous breakfast.

No daily room cleaning, no daily towels change. Got the room cleaned 1 time in 1 week (only because I actively asked for that). Spiders webs on the corners between roof and walls. Very dusty environment in the room. Breakfast is simply a joke: you have to order in advance (the day before) from an extremely poor menu. Breakfast is served in a super small room underground (5 tables at all), the reception will tell you "if there are no free tables you can grab your breakfast and bring it in your room"... (Where your table and your living space is ridiculously small). No services at all, no bar, no restaurant, nothing. Just a room. They should name it hostel, not hotel.
