A bit out off town , dated, Hotel. On the positive side, it’s, is very clean. We found our carpets had just been washed and was very wet, which was not pleasant to walk on. The interior style gives a vibe of east Europe in the 80s. I would have given the hotel, one more star, if it wasn’t for a very rude receptionist, who does not speak a word of English. I asked her if the eggs and the breakfast was hard or soft boiled, and as she failed to understand me, even when I used a translate app. She became very rude and had a attitude. Very unprofessional, and French II guess.

I love this hotel it’s outside the main attractions ,but very lovely small hotel . Staff are friendly and every-time I visit Paris I stay here . Hotel is very clean parking outside but limited . Beds are comfortable,breakfast available. If you want to stay away from the hustle and bustle I recommend this hotel .

The entrance and lobby area looks lovely and welcoming, the hallway and stairs are lovely. But the room I was in, was smaller than a Bloc hotel at Londons Gatwick airport. It was tiny, no idea where the images used on website are from but certainly not from my room. Air con filter needed changing which lead to a cold, and because the room was tiny, when air con was on the lowest level, it would freeze the room. Reception staff were lovely, and as I said the lobby and stairs looked lovely. Such a shame about the room

Very nice stay in Mercure Saint Cloud Hippodrome. Queit and cosy, this resort is perfect if you you don't like too big resort. Close to Paris and transportation. I hope that the restaurant will re-open soon.

I enjoyed staying at the hotel including the room, the breakfast and the overall experience. It was just a single night, business trip alone, but it was pleasant. What could be improved though: - A lot of time there's no-one at the reception and I had to wait. I was only there twice, but I had to wait both times. I didn't have to wait for a long time, but it's not the best experience, though. - The Wifi connection is terrible, please provide something much better. - Finally, my name contains accents - sorry, I'm not from France. I booked it via Expedia/Hotels.com, not sure how ALL vowels just disappeared, in any case, it took for more than 10 minutes until the person at the reception desk gave the green light for me to check in, despite that he held my passport in his hand and everything was pre-paid.
