We are pleased to hear your compliments regarding our housekeeping staff and their efforts to maintain cleanliness. However, we deeply regret the multiple issues you encountered during your stay, including the condition of the room and the inadequate heating. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the security catch, the QR code sticker, and the overall state of the bathroom. Your comments have been shared with our maintenance team to address these concerns promptly. Additionally, we are sorry to hear about the discomfort you experienced due to the room temperature. We understand how important a warm and comfortable environment is, especially during colder weather, and we will review our heating systems to ensure they meet our guests’ needs. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We deeply regret that your recent stay did not meet your expectations and that you encountered several issues during your visit. We strive to provide exceptional service, and it is disappointing to hear that we fell short in your experience. Upon reviewing your reservation, we found that room #15 was indeed requested in your email, which was allocated to you at check-in. We apologize for any confusion regarding the room allocation, and we regret that there was a miscommunication about room #16, as we couldn't find any records of guaranteeing it for you. As for the billing issue, our records indicate that the nurse advised us to charge your credit card at check-in, and unfortunately, we did not receive authorization from the hospital to bill them directly. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Regarding your concerns about the taxi booking, we can confirm that the request was indeed made with Ballarat Taxi Service, and we regret any confusion that may have arisen. Concerning the ice packs, we acknowledge that we did not have the standard ice packs available at the time, so we provided ice in gloves wrapped in towels to absorb water and for that your accompanying guests found our assistance helpful. Your comments about the cleanliness of the room, the restaurant experience, and the overall service are being taken very seriously. We are addressing these issues with our team to ensure improvements are made. We understand your disappointment and hope to have the opportunity to restore your faith in our services in the future.
