Good: Staff friendly and helpful No kettle in room but free hot drinks in reception. Also free pancakes and popcorn in reception Spa was lovely Room was clean albeit very small Nice location Quiet Lovely shower and bathroom. Staff mostly spoke very good English Bad: Room so small and position of shelves mean banging your head if not careful No English tv channels No kettle in room Range of soya milk and other vegan milks at breakfast - although no vegan breakfast items other than cherry tomatoes or bananas.

Not the best ibis styles hotel... Everything seems to be on a budget .. minimum amount of towels ..only one glass in the bathroom ...no extra bedding for the extra bed ...The duvet cover and curtains were full of holes and on top of all that the noise from the Irish bar below went on till the early hours ....( And i mean noise ) Definitely wouldn't stay here again.

We stayed here the weekend of Bastille Day. The hotel staff were very friendly and spoke good English-some excellent. The room was a good size (we were in 209) and the gym, although smallish, had a treadmill, two rowers some weighted bags and a mat. There was also a sauna and some experience showers-though we didn’t use them and we didn’t see anyone else in the gym. The room was let down only by having no kettle (we English love tea first thing in the morning!) although we were able to source hot water from reception all day and most importantly for our decaf before bed! Breakfast was absolutely delicious. Fresh bread and large croissants/pain au chocolat as well as fresh fruit, yoghurt, seeds, ham, cheese, chia pudding, eggs (scrambled and boiled to your own timing). Breakfast was a real highlight. The other thing to mention was the restaurant/bar on roof terrace-we didn’t eat there but had drinks at a reasonable price (with an excellent view) and enjoyed the company of Pierre who runs the show (one member of staff referred to him as the Headmaster!) who’s English is impeccable and spent time in a restaurant in the Surrey Hills- hugely friendly and made us feel very welcome.

Ibis Styles Albi is well located - about 10 mins from the historic centre and Albi Cathedral and 15 mins' walk from the train station. The hotel is modern, stylish with a nice and inviting lobby. Although I regretted the lack of coffee and tea facility in the room (you could get them near the reception desk) I found the bed nice and comfortable. The bathroom was nice and clean too. The highlight of my stay was the rooftop restaurant with delicious food and cocktails, plus the amazing views over the Cathedral and city. The staff were young and friendly, especially the restaurant and breakfast staff. Talking about breakfast, the choice was good considering it's included in the stay. Good option for your stay in Albi!

Amazing rooftop view . Small menu. un experienced and rude staff . Correct quality food for a roof top restaurant .. at least worth a visit on r for the experience for the top view of Albi! Thought it better at lunch time..
