Great clean comfortable hotel

This hotel has everything you might need for a short break. It's very close to the main train station and the old town. There is a beautiful restaurant just across the road and many many more within walking distance. The rooms are clean and comfortable with a lovely hot shower. The water dispensers and carafes in the rooms are really handy and we used these a lot. We were not disturbed by other guests and had a lovely stay.

Nice hotel but AC turns itself off after three hours, so no good if you want to sleep for longer than that!

Nice hotel in good location. HOWEVER the air conditioning seems to be set to turn itself off after 3 hours. I have now mentioned this to the hotel staff three times on three separate days and they haven’t fixed it. They have even suggested that it should do this when the room reaches the correct temperature (!) 😂😂 (I am not talking about the AC stopping the fan when it reaches the temperature here, but the until turning itself off completely as if it is on a time switch). Not a problem during the day, but it is an issue at night as I wake every three hours when the room warms up after the AC has stopped and I have to get up to switch it on again. Looking forward to getting a full nights sleep when we get home!

The hotel more than satisfies the requirements of its class. Comfortable rooms in a modern,pretty, minimalistic style, very clean and well-serviced. Very good breakfast, to match all tastes. Situated at a very handy location, very near the train station (a ten minutes walk) and less than a quarter to walk to Ulica Dluga. Very polite staff at the reception. Should we visit Gdansk again, we surely know in which hotel we shall stay...
