This hotel is a gem, very near the town centre and modern clean with friendly helpful staff. The bar is very good along with the restaurant. I would recommend this hotel particularly for couples wanting to sightsee. The airport is 20mins away and all facilities are nearby.

Nice stay, good location. Walking distance from Old Town. Clean room and nice beds. Would definately stay again, if in Gdansk! Didn’t use restaurant, but customer service was good at the desk. Price of the hotel was reasonable. We had a great stay!

Nice hotel but AC turns itself off after three hours, so no good if you want to sleep for longer than that!

Nice hotel in good location. HOWEVER the air conditioning seems to be set to turn itself off after 3 hours. I have now mentioned this to the hotel staff three times on three separate days and they haven’t fixed it. They have even suggested that it should do this when the room reaches the correct temperature (!) 😂😂 (I am not talking about the AC stopping the fan when it reaches the temperature here, but the until turning itself off completely as if it is on a time switch). Not a problem during the day, but it is an issue at night as I wake every three hours when the room warms up after the AC has stopped and I have to get up to switch it on again. Looking forward to getting a full nights sleep when we get home!

The hotel more than satisfies the requirements of its class. Comfortable rooms in a modern,pretty, minimalistic style, very clean and well-serviced. Very good breakfast, to match all tastes. Situated at a very handy location, very near the train station (a ten minutes walk) and less than a quarter to walk to Ulica Dluga. Very polite staff at the reception. Should we visit Gdansk again, we surely know in which hotel we shall stay...

Receptionist ripped us off by charging wrong currency conversion when making our payment and no reply from hotel management or Accor when seeking for this matter to be corrected. The check-in guy selected the wrong currency which cost us more for our stay. The hotel manager does not respond. Totally unacceptable behaviour and bad poor customer service.
