Dear Madam, Dear Madam, Thank you for taking the time to write a review of your hotel stay. I am sorry for the inconvenience of air conditioning. Indeed, this day an air conditioning engine broke down and we noticed the failure after you reported it to us. Please note that an emergency number is posted throughout the hotel and that you can contact the reception desk 24 hours a day so that the problem is no longer an issue immediately.
