We sincerely regret that your experience did not meet your expectations and are deeply sorry for the challenges you encountered. Please allow us to address your concerns: Room Condition: We sincerely apologize for the issues you faced with the condition of your room. This is not reflective of the high standards we strive to maintain. We are currently conducting a thorough review with our housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure that such lapses are rectified immediately. Electricity Outage: We understand how uncomfortable the power outage must have been. Although we provided a temporary cooling solution, it is clear that it did not adequately address your comfort. We are evaluating our contingency measures to ensure guest comfort during such unforeseen circumstances. Breakfast Experience: Your comments regarding the breakfast offerings and service are very concerning. We will review the menu, food quality, and service standards with our culinary and service teams to ensure that improvements are implemented promptly.
