有些地方我希望贵司可以做的更好，比如我的房间缺少浴袍，而朋友行政楼层有，但这应该是这个级别酒店的标配。比如拖鞋质量一般，而且在打扫房间的时候没有给我更换新的拖鞋。

这是第二次住了，感觉酒店除了房间大没有什么亮点了！服务差如人意：我们带着三个十二岁的孩子，希望相邻的两个房间，或者对门，不介意加钱，结果得不到满足，两个房间相隔7间房！房间里总有一股厕所味，应该是水池下水不好！冲洗器没有喷头，设备维护不好！我们加了一个床，付的现金，但没有增加相应的牙膏拖鞋等基本用品，孩子们第二天早上想要一小袋牙膏，结果打电话给前台，直到退房也没有送来！退房时排队等候时间很长，整体感觉不像五星酒店！
