One of my favourite hotels in Miri. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Great service by friendly and helpful staffs. Breakfast is excellent. Lastly, don't forget to join the All Accor membership to enjoy the benefits.

The hotel management has made a great effort to follow the SOP in this new norm to ensure the guest stay is pleasant. Temperature scanning is done at entry point and all staff wear face mask. All guest is require to wear a plastic glove while dining in the Kitchen. Overall, it is a good hotel to stay in.

Only comment little bit on the evening cocktail food , need to do more standard cocktails food . Also the liquors need to use better quality one specially whiskey and vodka ...live the staffs at bartender Mr Rudy and Ms Catherine their hardworks really appreciate to serve their customers . And cocktails are good by them . Will come back again for sure

酒店不错很清静。房间很阔大,只是厕所清洁度还可以,因为浴缸里有阴毛,洗脸盆有点堵因为有食物卡在里面。房间差了纸巾,需要时还得使用厕纸。早餐选择类不多,还是觉得古晋Pullman比较多样化。下次会再来住希望多多改善。

Hospitality is not a makeover

You could not create and manufacture hospitality. It is not only unattainable and neither it is durable. Pullman hotel miri has shown the above narrative indisputable. Everything was perfect. As requested, I was provided the highest floor. The best part was, I got upgraded to a single bedroom suite, with magnificent view of the river mouth. Thank you very much, indeed - for the great hospitality.

Nice stay - Disappointed welcome drink

Overall stay was great: rooms, lounge, staff, check-in, etc. Was only disappointed with the welcome drink offer. It is certainly not on par with Pullmans in the region. Their F&B manager overseeing this should really travel to regional Pullmans to understand why. This is also not the first suggestion to the hotel to improve their welcome drinks selection and offer. In the early days, the offerings were standard. Any wine/beer/etc. Now its a miserable mocktail.

早餐退步了,感覺隨便煮,水果空了也沒補。這次相當令人失望!! 停車場的機器在進入和出去都發生問題,希望能注意維修。

Nice hotel with a very quite surrounding. Workers- a very helpful hotel workers, Good and a lot of choices for breakfast. Room is very spacious and the view (sea view room) is super nice! Love the bed! Bathroom- Love the bath tub!

Have Been staying at Accor and Le Club Hotels across the region in Asia Pacicific and this is my first stay at Pullman Miri Waterfront. Friendly staffs and prompt services especially check in and out. Socket is also available beside bed which allow me to charge my phone as used as alarm clock and put beside the bed, got over slept before as the alarm clock is too far from the bed and couldn't hear it. All good but just A minor issue as the water drainage in shower area a abit clogged, During shower, the water will accumulated on the floor area. Check out on Nov-7, but the status and rewards points are not yet credited to my account...

Pullman Waterfront Miri surprised me with the best hospitality, cleanliness, excellent services from the front desk, F&B, Club lounge, and beautiful location. It's near the airport. Therefore, if you're in a tight business schedule, it's a perfect location. I would definitely have no doubt of staying here again and will recommend others.

The food in the executive lounge need to be upgraded. The aircon coolness in the room is excellent and the swimming pool scenery is great as it overlook the sea. Overall it was a good stay other than the food provided in the lounge. I will definitely stay there again and hope the food will be improved by then.

Stopover in Miri

We had to make a stopover in Miri on our way to Mulu Naional Park ude to a flight change. Otherwise we would not have returned to Miri or Pullman Miri Waterfront. The rooms are big but a bit sterile and without charm. There were no umbrellas in the room, no body lotion and only two small water glasses in the bathroom, no water glasses by the (empty) minibar. A plus for yoga mat and free weights in the room. The bartender was not aware of the discounts offered to Accor Plus members but the Reception sorted this out for us.
