Fazli the operations manager and Jean from customer service are just amazing. We had a v bad night on the first but they immediately sympathies with our predicament and made everything right for us Hotel is well kept and location is great. View is lovely and their suite room has a full size fridge with expresso machine. 3 bathrobes and nice bag to go to the pool. Will support their charity incentive by buying the bags from them

Менеджер на регистрации улучшив , согласно правилам для платиновых клиентов, нам номер дал наверное лучший в отеле большущий номер с гостинной почти на самом верху, на 20-м этаже с прекрасным видом на море и город. Вернее сначала нам дали номер похуже, но по моей настойчивой просьбе ))) выдали именно этот. Прекрасная кровать. Полная тишина и поэтому шикарный сон при плотных занавесках. Подкачали подушки, как резиновые, слишком плотные. Огромное фойе на рецепшен. Здесь и в ресторане всегда было слегка некомфортно холодновато. На завтраки пришлось получше одеваться. Завтраки неплохие. Продукты разнообразные. Персонал услужлив. Два дня на новогодние праздники у нас убирали не очень хорошо. Но после звонка менеджеру все исправили. Отель в центре города пешком можно дойти до двух больших моллов и до половины городских достопримечательностей. Такси недорогое, поэтому как ходит здесь общественный транспорт мы так и не узнали. Есть единственная претензия. Для мебели и оборудования отеля лучшие времена явно давно прошли. Требуется хороший ремонт и осовременивание.

Very big room. Confortable bed. Big bathroom with bath tub. Nice river and sea view. Ample free covered parking. Friendly and helpful staff. Value for a little bit more money. Many eateries and pub nearby. In front of Miri waterfront with sea horse statue.

I had a good stay at Pullman Miri Waterfront. Upon arrival, Bellman Raymond was welcoming and helpful. Check-in was smooth with Mary and Balqis. The first room was not clean, but Jean promptly arranged a room upgrade, which I appreciated. Bellmen Canninius and Max were also very helpful. Service was excellent as always, though room cleanliness could be improved as the floor was dusty and a few areas were not properly cleaned. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Nel complesso il soggiorno è stato molto positivo. Gentilezza e disponibilità alla reception, in particolare da parte dell' Ass.t Front desk manager Roszina. La pulizia delle camere deve essere controllata maggiormente in quanto il personale addetto non ha le idee chiare sulla pulizia e l'ordine. Magnifica la sauna e lo steam room, nonché la palestra. In sauna tuttavia manca la clessidra, Il termometro e l'igrometro. In ristorante a colazione le cosiddette marmellate sono sintetiche e manca il porta uovo per l'uovo alla coque (appena rientro in Germania invierò un pacchetto con i porta uovo come omaggio). Nel complesso comunque lo staff è gentile e disponibile.
