Wonderful Hotel, Ideal Location.

Excellent location with very attentive staff. We were fortunate to have a seaview suite which had stunning views even from the large bathtub. Executive lounge is spacious with a large selection of food for breakfast and evening canapés including Malaysian and Western dishes. The hot dishes provided each evening were the most generous we’ve experienced at Club Millésime and Executive Lounges and were actual meals rather than canapés. I especially enjoyed the Long Island Iced Tea cocktails. Staff were always attentive and helpful. The hotel is ideally located and the garage on a quiet laneway was safe to enter and exit from. 5 nights was not enough to explore the picturesque National Parks and nearby cultural sites. We will definitely return.

Stayed here for 3D2N. Had breakfast at the executive lounge. To our horror, the laksa sarawak broth was served at room temperature. And the chicken charsiew on mee kolok is ice cold (just took out from fridge). This kind of standard is totally unacceptable anywhere. For a so called EXECUTIVE lounge, this is really the worst and sub par food i ever had. The chef should be run off. What I got is just an apology for getting such horrible food and service. Never change this hotel. Forever is sub par!

Not quite 5 star but still an awesome hotel

I stayed here on 2 occassions and enjoyed both stays. The hotel has amazing views and I highly recommend having lounge access to enhance you experience. The food and service was amazing. The only downside was housekeeping didn't do a good job cleaning the rooms each day definetly not 5 star standard. Also the hotel is looking a bit old and could use a bit of maintenance to keep that 5 star standard. Still I had a great stay and with the lounge access it was great value for money.

In my satisfaction as a repeated customer, I brought quite some family members from different places to this stay when it came to a family trip in Miri. Pullman Waterfront was my enthusiastic support with extremely welcoming staff and the check in time of which I encountered was exceptionally smooth to deserve my compliment. The location, amenities and hospitality left all 10 of us an impressive remark. Being a returning guest, I surely held high expectations and was looking for even better experiences and treatments. Our requests namely connecting rooms, suites, double beds, single beds etc were all well-managed although we checked in at different separate times. The impressive city views, well-equipped amenities such as swimming pool, fitness center and bars as well as the spacious and newly stylish rooms were all the recognitions, with which we were truly satisfied. The prime location of Pullman Waterfront also brought me and my family influencing convenience. We could easily access to Time Square on foot and in which we constantly had a few drinks during our stay. To our surprise, there were a various eateries with decent food. Our quality family time in Miri was just so memorable. Pullman Waterfront was definitely a critical component! (However, one drawback of that was my email sent before my arrival but it was never replied :(

Nel complesso il soggiorno è stato molto positivo. Gentilezza e disponibilità alla reception, in particolare da parte dell' Ass.t Front desk manager Roszina. La pulizia delle camere deve essere controllata maggiormente in quanto il personale addetto non ha le idee chiare sulla pulizia e l'ordine. Magnifica la sauna e lo steam room, nonché la palestra. In sauna tuttavia manca la clessidra, Il termometro e l'igrometro. In ristorante a colazione le cosiddette marmellate sono sintetiche e manca il porta uovo per l'uovo alla coque (appena rientro in Germania invierò un pacchetto con i porta uovo come omaggio). Nel complesso comunque lo staff è gentile e disponibile.
