The first thing I noticed at this hotel was the fantastic, diverse staff—everyone was so friendly and created a great vibe. ​I especially want to thank Woeser for making our stay so effortless. We probably holds the record for the most repetitive questions, but she was such a good sport and answered every single one with total patience! She handled all our requests instantly and gave us 'chef's kiss' suggestions for unique local spots that really made our trip. ​It’s rare to find someone so helpful and quick to find solutions. We felt truly looked after. We will definitely be back and highly recommend staying here!

To start of with this has been the worst hotel I have ever stayed at! To start with it felt very unsafe with people surrounding the entrance of the hotel trying to sell you things and the staff don’t do anything to move them so we have space to walk in and out. Secondly, the main point of all we called reception desk to ask for a drink of water or juice they advised to come to bar - we went downstairs they said they aren’t able to give us any WATER as they have ran out and when we asked for tap water they said NO so bluntly. Few items from room was damaged such as seats which is so disappointing. This was supposed to be a first time experience for me and my sister and we have left this hotel knowing we will never be coming back again.

Providing basic hydration is a fundamental courtesy, and a "blunt" refusal is completely unacceptable. I will be meeting with our Bar and Reception management immediately to address this lack of service spirit and ensure it never happens again. Safety and Surroundings: I understand that the presence of individuals at the hotel entrance can feel intimidating. While we do not have jurisdiction over the public sidewalk, we work closely with local authorities. Our security team is also instructed to ensure a clear and safe passage for our guests, and it is clear we failed you in this regard during your stay. Room Condition: We take great pride in our rooms, and I am very sorry that you found damaged furniture. I have shared this with our Maintenance and Housekeeping teams to ensure the room you occupied is thoroughly inspected and repaired. It is heartbreaking to know that your first experience with us resulted in such disappointment. I would value the opportunity to speak with you further to regain your trust. The hotel is in a great location. The metro and tram are just 20 meters away. There are shops like Aldi and restaurants where you can eat delicious food. The hotel is clean, with a good breakfast and friendly service. In the evenings, you can spend a pleasant time at the bar, which serves the best pizza we've ever had. The only downside is that there are some suspicious people around the hotel, so you have to watch out for them, but fortunately, the police respond very quickly. This is definitely a place we'll remember forever. Greetings from Ireland.

Security concerns during breakfast

As I have reviewed on trip.com, our stay was very unfortunate, and I'm here to raise awareness about our concerns. Within the hotel, on December 25, 2025, breakfast time. Among the chaos, an unauthorized individual was able to enter the area and take our family's bag containing important personal belongings and travel documents, leading to many cancellations, time, and money. Requiring us to meet with our country's embassy to obtain temporary travel documents and airport issue. Really disappointed, because access to the breakfast area is normally checked by staff who only ALLOW PAYED entry, and this is surprising, as how did he enter when the staff were there? When we reported to the staff, they explained that breakfast time can be very busy, and I understand that, and people may overlook others going in and out. While I understand it, it is still a concerning matter as to how they should consistently monitor the area during peak time.  Thankfully, no one was physically harmed, but the experience was quite unsettling, especially when I visited, there were many children around. This raises concern, as if what if the intruder had a harmful motive? Nobody wants to be harmed, especially within a hotel that they trust to sleep in. I really hope this feedback encourages improvement toward security, especially in busy areas to prevent future incidents.

In this case, the theft unfortunately occurred in a fraction of a second, in the immediate vicinity of your husband, despite the vigilance of our staff and the access controls we perform for billing purposes. On our part, all preventive measures were implemented. Our teams are trained to be vigilant, and a video surveillance system is active at all times; the recordings have been made available to the police to support you in your procedures. While we understand your distress, this event is an isolated act of malice against which individual vigilance remains the primary protection in any place open to the public.
