Dear Mr. Ziquan L., Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We sincerely apologize that your recent stay did not fully meet your expectations. While we are pleased to know that your check-in and check-out experiences were positive, we regret that other aspects of your stay were not as satisfactory. We understand your disappointment regarding the lack of replenishment for your complimentary drinks during your multi-night stay. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide, and we will follow up with our housekeeping team to ensure proper attention is given to all guest amenities moving forward. Your comments about room cleanliness and the speed of the Wi-Fi connection have also been noted.
