The animation team at the hotel consisting of iman,ibtissam,aya, wisal,sedik and samad truly enhances the guest experience, providing engaging and entertaining activities for all ages. Their energy, creativity, and enthusiasm create a lively and enjoyable atmosphere, making every stay memorable and fun.finally thanks to Ismail for our luggage with care,his friendly behavior to assist made our arrival smooth and pleasant.

The activities are orginized good and fun for especially kids, and friendly staff! the place is also at the boulevard and nearby the market so there is enough stuff to do. The rooms are clean. The pool is clean and hygenic. so i would really recoomend this hotel if u in Nador

Beautiful location, the hotel has a few years on its shoulders but it’s ok. The bad thing is that the management has no idea about how to manage the hotel. I mean… you cannot have the money to renovate the hotel but for sure the General Manager should be able to provide a fresh cold orange juice at brakefast and a menu at swimming pool without the need to make a blind order to have an hamburger that you will never receive no matter how long you are able to wait. One hour or more?

Mercure Hotel has an excellent animation team: friendly, energetic and super positive people with a great taste of music! I participated in their morning routine which was organised in the small garden close to the swimming pool with a great view and I had a lot of fun dancing with the whole team! Can’t wait to come back and try their aqua-gym session as well!
